In her youth, Tamra caught the theatre bug early, and dreamed of cultivating a supportive group of actors that can train with educated, fun teachers. We strive to offer affordable, quality classes and opportunities that focus on prepping your theatre lovers to be their best selves onstage!

Disney’s Descendants: The Musical
Tamraloo Theatre's Summer Production
The Isle of the Lost meets Auradon in this high-energy, pop-driven Disney musical adventure! Join Tamraloo Theatre this summer as we bring Disney’s Descendants: The Musical to life with bold choreography, vibrant characters, and a fully staged production experience.
This is more than a show: it’s a commitment to growth, teamwork, and excellence on stage!
Audition Information
Auditions: May 5th, 2026
Callbacks: May 8th, 2026
Students should prepare approximately 60 seconds of a song in the Disney pop/contemporary style of Descendants. Strong character choices, storytelling, and confident performance are encouraged.
A movement combination will be taught at auditions, so please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toed shoes.
We're seeking youth performers (ages 7+) and adult performers!
Rehearsal Schedule
Tuesdays & Fridays between May 18th, 2026 – July 3rd, 2026 from 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Tech Week: July 6th, 2026 – July 9th, 2026
Performances: July 10th, 11th, 17th & 18th, 2026
Performers cast in the production are expected to attend all rehearsals during tech week and all scheduled performances.
Production Tuition
If cast, workshop tuition is $400 per performer, which includes:
• Professional rehearsal process
• Full production experience in a proper venue
• Show shirt
• Technical elements, staging, and performance support
We are building a cast of focused, kind, and committed performers ready to rise to the occasion.
